Purpose
Trust one member account on the chosen site. You cannot add the same member twice on the same site.

- Site
- Pick the site where this trust applies.
- Account
- Enter the member account number.
- Expires at
- Optional. Use YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM.
- Reason
- Optional note about why you trust them.
