Purpose

Add the streaming hostnames your Live TV packages can use. After you add a hostname here, you can pick it as the default for a Live TV package or as a per-site override.

Key fields

• Domain Name: Just the hostname (for example stream.example.com), no https:// or path.
• Display Name: A friendly label so you can recognize it.
• Provider: Optional grouping so you can tell which CDN it belongs to.
• Status: Use Active for ones that should be picked. Inactive or Archived ones won't be used.

Example

Add a CDN hostname once, then assign it as the default for your Live TV package.

Consequences

• Inactive and archived hostnames won't be used in new streams.
• Changing a hostname here affects every package or site that already uses it.
